PARKER. 625 ILCS 5/6-303 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-303 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, when a person is charged with the offense of driving while his or her license is suspended or revoked because of a prior conviction of DUI, reckless homicide, leaving the scene of an accident causing death or injury, or a statutory summary suspension, that person shall be sentenced to a minimum fine of $1000 and a mandatory term of imprisonment of between 180 and 364 days or 120 days of community service.
