Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the Conveyances Act. Provides that deeds, mortgages,

HB 255 would have no fiscal impact on the judicial branch of
          government.
JUDICIAL NOTE (Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts)
HB 255 would neither decrease nor increase the number of judges
          needed in the State.
