Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act and the

includes a child who has been provided with interim crisis
intervention services under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, whose
parent, guardian, or custodian refuses to permit the child to return
home, and for whom no other living arrangement agreeable to the child
and the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made. Requires the DCFS
Child Protective Service Unit to begin an investigation of a report
concerning such a child within 24 hours after receiving the report and
to determine whether to take the child into temporary protective
