Short description: 
INNKEEPER PROTECTION-EMPLOYEES                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Innkeeper Protection Act.  Requires the Department  of      
   State  Police  to  conduct  a criminal background check of prospective      
   hotel employees before  their  employment.   Requires  each  hotel  to      
   install   or  replace  locks  on  each  hotel  room  with  fingerprint      
   identifiable electronic keys.
