COOK FOREST PRESERVE-PROPERTY                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  the  Cook  County  Forest  Preserve  District   Property      
   Conveyance Act.  Contains the short title only.                             
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes everything.  Authorizes the Cook County  Forest  Preserve      
   District to convey by quitclaim deed certain described land. Effective      
   immediately.
