 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 619

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 619 on page 2, line
 3    21, by replacing "The" with "In addition, in  a  municipality
 4    with  a  population  of 1,000,000 or more inhabitants, if the
 5    customer  does  not  have  an  identification  issued  by   a
 6    governmental  entity  containing  a  photograph of the person
 7    being  identified,  the  pawnbroker  shall   photograph   the
 8    customer  in  color and record the customer's name, residence
 9    address, date  of  birth,  social  security  number,  gender,
10    height, and weight on the reverse side of the photograph.  If
11    the  customer  has  no social security number, the pawnbroker
12    shall record this fact.  The".
