 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 619

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House  Bill  619  on  page  2,
 3    lines  10  and  11,  by  replacing  "issued by a governmental
 4    entity" with "a driver's license or  a  State  identification
 5    card issued by the Secretary of State"; and

 6    on  page 2, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "does not contain a
 7    photograph and is not issued by a governmental entity" with "
 8    is not a driver's license  or  a  State  identification  card
 9    issued  by  the  Secretary  of  State  and does not contain a
10    photograph".
