1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 613
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 613, by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT regarding appropriations."; and by replacing
5 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
6 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
7 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
8 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
9 Dram Shop Fund to the Liquor Control Commission:
10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 1,885,900
11 For Employee Retirement Contributions
12 Paid by Employer ............................ 74,900
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System ................ 181,000
15 For State Contributions to
16 Social Security ............................. 140,900
17 For Group Insurance .......................... 273,100
18 For Contractual Services ..................... 327,100
19 For Travel ................................... 99,700
20 For Commodities .............................. 18,700
21 For Printing ................................. 9,200
22 For Equipment ................................ 3,200

6 Section 2. The sum of $175,000, or so much thereof as
7 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
8 Fund to the Liquor Control Commission for deposit into the
9 Dram Shop Fund.
10 Section 3. The sum of $175,000, or so much thereof as
11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to
12 the Liquor Control Commission for regulation of alcoholic
13 liquor shipments via express companies, common carriers or
14 contract carriers to guard against illegal shipments to
15 minors.
16 Section 4. The amount of $670,000, or so much thereof as
17 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to
18 the Liquor Control Commission to conduct a study to determine
19 the extent of enforcement of laws relating to access by
20 minors to tobacco products.
21 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as
22 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the
23 Retailer Education Program from the Dram Shop Fund to the
24 Liquor Control Commission, for the objects and purposes
25 hereinafter named:
26 For Personal Services ........................ $ 85,500
27 For Employee Retirement Contributions
28 Paid by Employer ............................ 3,600
29 For State Contributions to State
30 Employees' Retirement System ................ 8,200
