1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 613
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 613, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
6 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
7 Dram Shop Fund to the Liquor Control Commission:
8 For Personal Services ........................ $ 1,975,000
9 For Employee Retirement Contributions
10 Paid by Employer ............................ 78,100
11 For State Contributions to State
12 Employees' Retirement System ................ 191,900
13 For State Contributions to
14 Social Security ............................. 151,200
15 For Group Insurance .......................... 295,800
16 For Contractual Services ..................... 291,900
17 For Travel ................................... 102,700
18 For Commodities .............................. 18,700
19 For Printing ................................. 9,200
20 For Equipment ................................ 10,800
21 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 43,500
22 For Telecommunications Services .............. 72,000
23 For Operation of Automotive Equipment......... 35,200

2 Total $3,278,000
3 Section 2. The sum of $145,000, or so much thereof as
4 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
5 Fund to the Liquor Control Commission for deposit into the
6 Dram Shop Fund.
7 Section 3. The sum of $145,000, or so much thereof as
8 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to
9 the Liquor Control Commission for regulation of alcoholic
10 liquor shipments via express companies, common carriers or
11 contract carriers to guard against illegal shipments to
12 minors.
13 Section 4. The amount of $670,000, or so much thereof as
14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Dram Shop Fund to
15 the Liquor Control Commission to conduct a study to determine
16 the extent of enforcement of laws relating to access by
17 minors to tobacco products.
18 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as
19 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the
20 Retailer Education Program from the Dram Shop Fund to the
21 Liquor Control Commission, for the objects and purposes
22 hereinafter named:
23 For Personal Services ........................ $ 88,000
24 For Employee Retirement Contributions
25 Paid by Employer ............................ 3,500
26 For State Contributions to State
27 Employees' Retirement System ................ 8,500
28 For State Contributions to
29 Social Security ............................. 6,900
