2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 169 on page 2, line
3 16, by inserting after "undesirable animals", the following:
4 ", but does not include a companion animal as that term is
5 defined in the Humane Care for Animals Act (510 ILCS 70/)".
