1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 169
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 169 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:
4 ""Pests", as used in this Section 11-20-8, means
5 undesirable arthropods (including certain insects, spiders,
6 mites, ticks, and related organisms), wood infesting
7 organisms, rats, mice, and other obnoxious undesirable animals
8 not protected by the Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5/).".
