AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3453

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3453 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 is amended by adding Section 34.2 as follows:

(230 ILCS 5/34.2 new)

Sec. 34.2. Automated teller machines. No automated teller machine, as defined in the Automated Teller Machine Security Act, may be located within 200 feet of an area of a race track operated by an organization licensee in which wagering is conducted.

Section 10. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by adding Section 13.2 as follows:

(230 ILCS 10/13.2 new)

Sec. 13.2. Automated teller machines. No automated teller machine, as defined in the Automated Teller Machine Security Act, may be located in areas on a riverboat or the home dock of a riverboat that are accessible only to those patrons 21 years of age and older.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
