AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1905, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, as follows:

on page 33, by deleting lines 5 and 6; and

on page 36, by replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:

"(c) The State Board shall be appointed by the Governor,"; and

on page 37, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:

"The Chairman"; and

by deleting line 7 on page 64 through line 9 on page 69.
