1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3359
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3359, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, line 19, by deleting "and"; and

5 on page 3, line 21, by replacing "Governor." with "Governor;
6 and"; and

7 on page 3, immediately below line 21, by inserting the
8 following:
9         "(14) one member representing the interests of the
10     scrap recycling industry appointed by the Governor; and
11         (15) one member of a statewide association exclusively
12     representing retailers appointed by the Governor.".
