    Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
5 Section 2-201 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 5/2-201)  (from Ch. 121, par. 2-201)
7     Sec. 2-201. The~~The~~ terms used in this Code shall, for the
8 purposes of this Code have the meanings ascribed to them in
9 this Division of this Article, except when the context
10 otherwise requires.
