1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2342
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2342, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 13 with the
5 following:
6 "The Department shall make interactive instant win games
7 available for sale exclusively at retail locations by lottery
8 licensees pursuant to the Department's rules for 6 months
9 following the initial launch date to enhance the Department's
10 revenue growth from retail sales. Thereafter, the Department
11 shall concurrently offer interactive instant win games over
12 the Internet and in retail locations. As used in this".
