1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3747
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3747 by replacing
3 lines 10 through 13 on page 12 with the following:
4 ""Eligible infants and toddlers" includes any child under
5 the age of 3 who is the subject of an indicated finding of
6 abuse or neglect as defined in the Abused and Neglected Child
7 Reporting Act.".
