1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 320
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 320, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 1, by replacing line 11 with the following:
5 "5-16.8, 5-16.10, and 5-16.11 as follows:"; and
6 on page 52, below line 32, by inserting the following:
7 "(305 ILCS 5/5-16.11 new)
8 Sec. 5-16.11. Uniform standards applied to managed care
9 entities. Any managed care entity providing services under
10 this Code shall comply with the criteria, standards, and
11 procedures imposed on managed care entities under paragraph
12 (14) of subsection (d) of Section 5-16.3 of this Code.".
