2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 495 on page 3,
3 line 1, by replacing "floatation" with "flotation"; and
4 on page 3, line 5, after the period, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "The provisions of this subsection I shall not apply to a
7 person operating a watercraft on private property.".
