1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 495
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 495, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, Sec. 4-1, subsec. I, before "unless", by
4 inserting "under 26 feet in length"; and
5 in Section 5, Sec. 4-1, subsec. I, before the period, by
6 inserting "; however, this requirement shall not apply to
7 persons who are below decks or in totally enclosed cabin
8 spaces".
