2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1840, on page 2,
3 in line 18, by replacing "Section 25 and" with "Section"; and
4 on page 2, line 22, after the period, by inserting "The
5 Department of Commerce and Community Affairs may promulgate
6 rules to implement Section 25 of this Act.".
