KUBIK. 105 ILCS 5/10-16 from Ch. 122, par. 10-16 Amends the School Code. Provides that in 1999 and 2001, the requirement that a school board organize within 7 days after its election refers to 7 days after the November commencement of terms of members elected the previous April. Removes an obsolete reference to the election of board members at the nonpartisan election.
