1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 168
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 168 as follows:
3 on page 1, by replacing lines 8 through 17 with the
4 following:
5 "beginning of each academic year, the University shall inform
6 each of its incoming students about meningitis and its
7 transmission. Any University facility that delivers health
8 services to University students must offer the meningitis
9 vaccine, subject to availability of the vaccine from the
10 manufacturer. Nothing in this Section may"; and
11 on page 1, by replacing lines 24 through 29 with the
12 following:
13 "beginning of each academic year, the University shall inform
14 each of its incoming students about meningitis and its
15 transmission. Any University facility that delivers health
16 services to University students must offer the meningitis
17 vaccine, subject to availability of the vaccine from the
18 manufacturer. Nothing in this Section may"; and
19 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 4; and
