2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1669 on page 1,
3 line 12, by adding after "proceeding." the following:
4 "The officer under investigation shall inform the employer of
5 any person who will be present on his or her behalf during any
6 interrogation except at a public administrative hearing.".
