1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 171
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 171, on page 3, by
3 replacing line 6 with the following:
4 "a municipality, or both, may create or contract with a
5 community based organization for teen court programs so that
6 private or public funds could be solicited for a teen court
7 program."; and
8 on page 3, line 25, by changing "13" to "10"; and
9 on page 3, line 33, by changing "13" to "10"; and
10 on page 3, line 34, by changing "13" to "10"; and
11 on page 4, by replacing line 4 with the following:
12 "court jury. With the consent of the supervisor of the teen
13 court program, a person who personally knows the minor who is
14 being tried may prosecute or represent the minor".
