1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Bill 1878 as follows:
3 on page 17, line 3, by changing "." To ";"; and
4 below line 3, by inserting the following:
5 "(59) for a period of one year after the effective
6 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the City of
7 Evanston for the acquisition for redevelopment purposes
8 of the real property legally described as:
9 Lots 5 and 6 in Dempster's Subdivision of Block
10 66 in the Village (now City) of Evanston in the
11 South West 1/4 of Section 18, Township 41 North,
12 Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
13 Cook County, Illinois and commonly known as 906-08
14 Church Street, Evanston, Illinois; and
15 Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Dempster's
16 Subdivision of Block 66 in Village (now City) of
17 Evanston, in the South West 1/4 of Section 18,
18 Township 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third
19 Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and
20 commonly known as 910-926 Church Street, Evanston,
21 Illinois.".
