1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1878, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, in Sec. 7-103, in the last amendatory numbered
4 paragraph added to that Sec., by replacing the final period
5 with the following:
6 ";
7 (90) for a period of 48 months after the effective
8 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the City of
9 Carbondale, for the acquisition of property bounded by
10 the following lines: a line 300 feet west of the
11 centerline of Thompson Street; a line 100 feet east of
12 the centerline of Wall Street; a line 700 feet north of
13 the centerline of College Street; and the centerline of
14 Grand Avenue, for the Mill Street project.".
