1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1878
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1878, AS AMENDED,
3 as follows:
4 in Section 5, in Sec. 7-103, in the last amendatory numbered
5 paragraph added to that Sec., by replacing the final period
6 with the following:
7 ";
8 (75) for a period of 24 months from the effective
9 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the City of
10 Rochelle, to allow the acquisition of easements for the
11 construction and maintenance of overhead utility lines
12 and poles along a route within and adjacent to existing
13 roadway easements on Twombley, Mulford, and Paw Paw roads
14 in Ogle and Lee counties.".
