AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1769

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1769, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, on page 2 by replacing lines 13 through 16 with "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all passenger vehicles purchased or leased by a governmental entity, except law enforcement vehicles, must be either a manufactured zero-emission vehicle or a converted zero-emission vehicle by:

(1) January 1, 2028 for units of local government; and

(2) January 1, 2030 for State government.".
