      New Act
          Upon the receipt of specified  consideration,  authorizes
      the  State  to  convey  title to, release easements over, and
      restore  access  rights  to,  described  parcels   of   land.
      Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT concerning property.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  Upon the payment of the sum of $750.00 to the
 5    State  of  Illinois,  the  rights  or  easements  of  access,
 6    crossing, light, air and view from, to and over the following
 7    described land and FA Route 12 are restored subject to permit
 8    requirements  of  the  State  of  Illinois,   Department   of
 9    Transportation:
10    Parcel No. 5X32332
11        The  rights  of easements of access, crossing, light, air
12        and view to, from and over the north line (Point  "E"  to
13        Point  "F")  of  the following described land from and to
14        F.A. Route 12 (U.S. Route 40)  are  restored  subject  to
15        permit  requirements of the State of Illinois, Department
16        of Transportation:
17        Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22 and  part  of
18        the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section

25        Section 210.  The Historic  Preservation  Agency  Act  is
26    amended by repealing Section 15.1.
27        Section   900.  The  Secretary  of  Transportation  shall
28    obtain  a  certified  copy  of  the  portions  of  this   Act
29    containing  the  title,  the  enacting  clause, the effective
30    date, the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land
31    descriptions of  property  to  be  transferred  or  otherwise
32    affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective

 1    date  and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or
 2    Sections, if  any  payment  is  required,  shall  record  the
