 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3249  on  page  26,
 3    line 21, by replacing "Section 95" with "Section 900"; and
 4    on page 35, below line 12, by inserting the following:
 5        "Section  130.   Upon the payment of the sum of $6,100.00
 6    to the State of Illinois, the easement for  highway  purposes
 7    is released over and through the following described land and
 8    the  rights  or easements of access, crossing, light, air and
 9    view from, to and over the following described  land  and  FA
10    Route  6  (US 20) are restored subject to permit requirements
11    of the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation:

33        Quarter of said Section 25; thence  along  the  southerly
