Upon the payment of the sum of $750.00 to the 5 State of Illinois, the rights or easements of access, 6 crossing, light, air and view from, to and over the following 7 described land and FA Route 12 are restored subject to permit 8 requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of 9 Transportation: 10 Parcel No. 5X32332 11 The rights of easements of access, crossing, light, air 12 and view to, from and over the north line (Point "E" to 13 Point "F") of the following described land from and to 14 F.A.
